These are hands-down the best turkey burgers I have ever made! They are juicy, flavourful, and healthy! As an added bonus, each burger is only 4 SmartPoints on Weight Watchers. We used these burgers for our meal prep this week and added boiled beets and green beans, with an option of adding rice or quinoa.
Ingredients

2 pound(s) uncooked 93% lean ground turkey

1 cup(s)uncooked zucchini, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil

1⁄2 cup(s)crumbled feta cheese

1 Tbsp dried oregano

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp table salt
-
1 tsp black pepper

1⁄4 cup(s) quick cooking rolled oats

1⁄4 cup(s) uncooked quick oats
Process
Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. I find it is easiest to use your hands to mix the ingredients into the ground turkey. Once your mixture is ready, form 10 patties (about 3 inches across) and place them on a baking sheet that has been lightly oiled.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes (depending on your oven).
