So after taking forever, I have finally taken time to sit down and plan out my workout routine. The last few weeks have felt so much more productive at the gym because I know exactly what I’m doing. Before I had everything written down, I was working out aimlessly and was wasting a lot of time at the gym. But that has changed!
In my plan I have combined strength training with cardio spaced through the week to get the best of both worlds and I’m loving how it’s working out so far (no pun intended!).
